These are for an Ibico binding machine but can be used on other makes and models.  Ibico was bought out by GSA in 1998 and changed the ibico product names to GSA names and numbers in 2008.
I have included both part numbers for your reference.
Do you have a plastic comb binding machine, but are sick and tired of plastic combs? Do you want to use higher quality spines? These spines can be used with plastic comb binding machines since they need 19 holes, but you will also need a wire closer.
These white 1/4" Spiral-O 19 Loop Wire Spines are perfect for binding your most important documents as they will add a touch of elegance that can't be matched by plastic comb or color coil binding supplies. The white 1/4" 19-loop wire is designed to work with any 19-ring plastic binding system that will accept wire bindings. While these white 1/4" wires are intended for use with the Ibico Ibimaster binding systems, they can be used with any comb binding machine provided you have a wire closer. This white Spiral-O 19 Loop Wire measures 1/4" in diameter and can hold approximately 20 pages.
