Here is something amazing you do not find every day. It is a 1956 Oldsmobile Super 88 4dr Sedan with only 42K original miles on it. This is truly a mostly all-original survivor that has been, 1 family owned for the past 66 years.  You just do not find cars like this anymore that have truly stood the test of time. We just purchased this car from the grandson of the original owner as it was passed down by each generation. The grandson got the car from his father a few years ago but did not have room to store it anymore. It was sold new in Washington state, resided there for most of its life then brought down to Arizona here for the last few years!
The car has its original owner's manual with the original owner's info, multiple business cards from original selling dealerships, and salesman plus other manuals and brochures. It is finished in beautiful two-tone Island Coral and Shantung Beige. To much surprise, the car still retains 90 percent original paint and is still in great condition with some expected patina. All the chrome and trim look amazing.  The interior is completely all original right down to the carpet and looks amazing. Even under the hood, it is all original and inside the trunk looks hardly used.  Just two years ago the grandson spent nearly k on the car mechanically going through everything to make it dependable and trustworthy for driving. Condition/Issues:
90% all original paint that shows and shines wonderfully with some patina. (shown in pictures & video) The left front fender was the only panel repainted on the car.
The body and underside are completely 100% rust free
The interior appears to be completely original right down to the carpet and is a 9 out of 10.
The steering wheel, dash, gauge cluster, and all the interior chrome shows nearly new.
All the rubbers and weatherstripping are original and nice still
Inside the trunk is completely original and looks nearly new. It even has its correct spare and jack.
Under the hood is all stock and original. It appears to be mostly untouched with the exception of a new hood pad
All the glass is original in the car and excellent with the exception of some slight delamination in the top left corner of the windshield. Very hardly noticeable but is shown in pictures.
All the chrome and trim are in excellent original condition. The front and rear bumper appear to have been re-chromed and look like new.
All 5 tires have been replaced with white wall radial tires.
Everything appears to be in great working order except for the horn.
Just two years ago the car was gone through mechanically with the following items, Brake System, Fuel System, and transmission. Among other things shown on the receipt pictured.
