Description

Fender 300 PS interstage transformer NOS made by Schumacher. Since this amp was made in the decade of the 1970s, the three digit date code identifies the date of manufacture as 7 the seventh year of that decade, i.e 1977, and the 50th week thereof; that is to say mid Dec 1977. In original use, this interstage transformer was driven by a 6V6 where it served as a phase inverter to drive two pair of GE 6550A, each pair operated in parallel push-pull.
The present listing is likely to be the last offering of this rare, vintage interstage transformer.
